Polished concrete or a coating: which is right for me?
Polished concrete grinds the slab itself to a hard shine, with nothing to peel; it suits warehouses, shops and showrooms. An epoxy coating adds a colored, sealed layer on top of the slab. It is great for garages and basements and hides stains. We will tell you which fits after we see your floor.

Why do you grind the concrete first?
Coatings fail when they can’t grip the concrete. Grinding removes the weak top layer, old sealers and dirt so the coating locks in. Skipping it is the main reason roll-on floors peel.
How long until I can use the floor?
It depends on the coating and the temperature. Most of the time you can walk on it in about a day, and park on it a few days later. We will give you exact times for your job.
